The one-time Miami Dolphins reserve wideout took center stage during Jordan Ta'amu's best passing performance of the season. Sanders led the Defenders in receiving yards while finishing second in targets, underscoring what appears to be a rapidly growing role. Sanders was inactive for the first two games of the season before posting a 2-21 line on three targets in Week 3 against the Battlehawks, and his incremental step forward, which was highlighted by a game-long 42-yard catch, affords him plenty of momentum going into a Week 5 road matchup against the Renegades on Sunday.
