2025 Fantasy Outlook
Williams played a prominent role during her first year with the Sky in 2023 and was on track to improve in 2024, averaging 10.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.7 blocks in 27.7 minutes per game before a knee injury cut her season short after just nine appearances. While the 31-year-old had encouraging production before her injury, all her early-season outings came when rookie Kamilla Cardoso was either unavailable or dealing with conditioning concerns. The veteran Williams has bounced back nicely over her two seasons in Chicago following a disappointing one-year stint with the Mystics, but she'll presumably have to share frontcourt work with Cardoso and Angel Reese in 2025, which could limit Williams' upside. Scores 11 in start
Williams supplied 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 27 minutes during Thursday's 95-57 loss to the Storm.
ANALYSIS
Angel Reese (back) sat this game out, allowing Williams to draw the start. Unfortunately for Williams, the Sky were blown out in a hurry. Reese is considered day-to-day, but Williams will be a solid fantasy option for as long as Reese is sidelined.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2023
2022
Williams signed a two-year contract with Chicago ahead of the 2023 campaign and took on a prominent role in the team's frontcourt with Isabelle Harrison missing the entire campaign. Williams stepped up as a well-rounded contributor, averaging 9.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.3 steals in 29.7 minutes per game. She tended to be an inconsistent scorer but was productive as a passer and was a solid defender, leading her to be a reliable fantasy contributor. While Williams has proven to be a talented player over her first nine years in the WNBA, it's unclear how her role may change if Harrison is back in action in 2024. However, Williams should at least maintain a fairly sizable role since Alanna Smith and Morgan Bertsch will be playing elsewhere this year. Williams should continue to be a solid contributor when she's on the court and should garner her fair share of playing time, but her fantasy upside depends on how her role transpires alongside Harrison.
