However, she explored other options in free agency and will be a member of the Fever in 2025. Howard was traded from the Liberty to the Wings before the 2023 season, leading to some questions regarding how she'd fit in alongside stars like Arike Ogunbowale, Satou Sabally and Teaira McCowan. However, Howard carved out a prominent role with her new team and played a career-high 33.1 minutes per game. She had some of the best results of her career, averaging 16.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists while making 39 appearances. The 32-year-old's shooting efficiency declined slightly last season, but her scoring mark was the second-highest of her career. Satou Sabally re-signed with the Wings during the offseason, but Howard has proven that she can generate substantial production. Howard has appeared in all but one game in each of the past two seasons, and fantasy managers should have few reservations about selecting her in the early rounds of drafts.
