Miami Heat to cover -1.5 points (-110) vs. New York Knicks
Bet365, 5:03 PM CT
Alex Barutha: The Heat are still without Bam Adebayo, but the bigger impact is the Knicks being without both Jalen Brunson and OG Anunoby. Miami continues to be great at home and are 5-1 against the spread and straight up while in their own building. Meanwhile, the Knicks are 0-3 ATS and SU on the road.
Milwaukee Bucks +5.5 at Cleveland Cavaliers (-102)
DraftKings Sportsbook - 5:00 p.m. CT
Kirien Sprecher: The Bucks are coming off a horrendous loss to the Lakers on Friday, which was the second night of a back-to-back set. Giannis has been cleared to play Monday, and I think he'll deliver an MVP-caliber performance as the Bucks look for a major bounce-back performance. The Cavaliers were the best regular-season team in the East last season and are certainly contenders, but I'm not convinced Cleveland (or New York for that matter) is head and shoulders better than teams like the Bucks and Pistons. Bucks ML is +210, but give me the points just to be safe.
Donovan Mitchell over 5.5 assists (-113) vs. Milwaukee Bucks
FanDuel, 4:45pm EST
Ken Crites: Darius Garland is once again out for the Cavaliers, meaning Sam Merrill gets another start and Mitchell moves over to PG. In his last eight games, Spider has averaged 6.1 dimes per contest. A healthy O/U of 235.5 gives me confidence. I can see Merrill helping Mitchell's cause with a few easy catch-and-shoot threes if Buck AJ Green tries to help on Mitchell. The K-Train is a modest 54-45, so feel free to fade!
