Seth Curry News: Waived by Golden State

Curry was waived by the Warriors on Saturday, with the intention of being brought back later in the season, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.

As they stand, the Warriors are hard-capped at the second apron and just below it, so waiving Curry was purely a procedural move. It is anticipated that he will return to the team when the Warriors have sufficient financial flexibility to bring him back.
