Jack Bech

23-Year-Old Wide ReceiverWR
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Bech did well to land inside the second round, 58th overall, with one of the most WR-needy teams in the league. Jakobi Meyers is the Raiders' only clear starter at the position, making TE Brock Bowers an obvious favorite to lead the team in targets. There presumably will be fewer targets to go around relative to last year -- when Vegas attempted the fourth most passes and third fewest rushes -- after the team brought in run-first offensive coordinator Chip Kelly and gave him RB Ashton Jeanty with the sixth overall pick. Still, it's a great situation for Bech to quickly become the No. 2 or 3 wide receiver, following a late-blooming college career in which more than half his yardage and TDs occurred in 2024 for TCU. Bech did put up 43-489-3 for LSU back in 2021, but he then had only 346 receiving yards across 20 games in 2022-23. He was one of the stars of the Senior Bowl this winter and checked in at 6-foot-1, 214 pounds at the 2025 Combine, where he skipped the 40-yard dash and had mediocre numbers in the other drills. In the NFL, Bech will need to win with size, strength and savvy rather than speed, just like his new teammate Meyers. Read Past Outlooks

Bech signed a four-year deal with the Raiders on Friday.
ANALYSIS
Bech, who was the 58th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, has an opportunity as a rookie to step into a key role in a Raiders wideout corps that continues to be led by Jakobi Meyers and also includes returnee Tre Tucker and 2025 fourth-rounder Dont'e Thornton. It remains to be seen what sort of volume the 6-foot-1, 214-pounder out of TCU will see out of the gate with Meyers (129 targets in 2024) and TE Brock Bowers (153 targets last season) destined to be QB Geno Smith's primary passing targets, but Bech could emerge as a lineup option in deeper formats if he's able to earn consistent playing time as the 2025 regular season progresses.

Could push for starting job in camp
WRLas Vegas Raiders
June 23, 2025
Bech could make a case for a starting role in training camp, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
During minicamp, the 2025 second-round pick worked behind Tre Tucker and Dont'e Thornton, a fourth-round pick out of Tennessee in the same draft, as the Raiders flanked veteran slot receiver Jakobi Meyers with speed on the outside. Bech doesn't have that kind of field-stretching ability, but the TCU product offers a physical presence that could lead to plenty of contested catches and yards after the catch once he's fully acclimated to the NFL. If Las Vegas decides it only needs one speedster on the outside, Bech could muscle his way into a regular spot in three-wide sets.
