Signs with Las Vegas
Adams and the Raiders agreed on a contract Tuesday, Saad Yousuf, Tashan Reed and Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Adams will reunite with his former head coach Pete Carroll, joining Las Vegas after combining to record seven total tackles (four solo) over five regular-season contests with the Titans and Lions in 2024. The safety appears to be past his prime, but some of his best years were with Carroll in Seattle, and maybe he can find a groove again with the Raiders as a depth option in the team's secondary.

Staying healthy has been a struggle in Seattle for Adams, and he played just 15 snaps last season before tearing his quadriceps. Head coach Pete Carroll has said that he's hopeful that Adams will be ready for the season opener, although he'll need to prove his health on the practice field first. When he's on the field, he's a surefire IDP starter at DB, as he averaged 7.1 tackles per game through his first two seasons with the Seahawks. Unfortunately, he will continue to be an injury risk moving forward, as his quadriceps injury adds to a lengthy history of shoulder injuries.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Reunion with Gang Green?
Adams said Wednesday that he "would love to be back with the Jets and, obviously, finish it the right way," Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Adams was selected by the Jets with the fourth overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft. He was selected twice to the Pro Bowl as a Jet and earned a spot on the first-team All-Pro roster in 2019, but he became disgruntled with the direction of the franchise and was traded to the Seahawks in June of 2020. Adams has played just 15 regular-season games over the past three years due to injury and is still a free agent. He would bolster the Jets' secondary and serve as a veteran depth piece alongside Tony Adams, Andre Cisco, Sauce Gardner and Brandon Stephens.
