2025 Fantasy Outlook
Raymond took a step back in offensive production in 2024, seeing the majority of his value come as a return specialist. The wide receiver secured just 17 receptions for 215 yards and two scores over 12 regular-season games last season. He did, however, compile a career-high 413 yards and a touchdown on 30 punt returns. With the team drafting Isaac TeSlaa in the third round, it appears like Raymond's role will remain limited on offense in 2025. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Out for Week 14
Raymond (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Cowboys.
ANALYSIS
Raymond thus will sit out a second game in a row due to an ankle injury that he sustained Week 12. Meanwhile, the Lions are listing top WR Amon-Ra St. Brown as questionable due to his own ankle issue. If St. Brown ends up inactive as well, Jameson Williams will be the clear top option at the position for Detroit, with Isaac TeSlaa, Tom Kennedy and Dominic Lovett also on hand for targets. Raymond's next chance to play is Sunday, Dec. 14 at the Rams.

2020
Raymond has been with the Lions for three years. In 2023, the pass catcher had his worst season with the team. The main issue was that Raymond was targeted just 44 times in 17 games. One of the main reasons that Raymond saw a decreased role was that Jameson Williams saw an increase in playing time. It would seem that Williams is ready to see his role increase again in 2024. If that happens, Raymond could see his production fall even further. The veteran’s best hope for fantasy success would be if other Detroit receivers miss time.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Leads league in punt return yards
Raymond led all NFL players with 413 punt return yards during the 2024 regular season.
ANALYSIS
Raymond's contributions on special teams were overshadowed by Detroit's prolific offense, but the depth wideout excelled as a return man all season. He was especially effective in Week 8 against the Titans, when Raymond produced 190 punt return yards and scored a touchdown on one of his five punt returns. Raymond's special-teams prowess could prove pivotal during the postseason in the Lions' chase for the franchise's first Super Bowl.
