2025 Fantasy Outlook
Fulton translated his bounce-back 2024 season with the Chargers into a two-year, $20 million deal in Kansas City, where he looks primed to compete with Jaylen Watson for the starting boundary gig opposite standout Trent McDuffie. He started all 15 of his regular-season appearances with Los Angeles, recording 51 tackles (39 solo), and seven passes defensed, including one INT. Fulton passed the eye test as one of the Chargers' better contributors in the secondary, and he could take another step forward under Kansas City defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. RANKS
Placed on PUP list
Fulton (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Chiefs on Sunday, Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Fulton will open training camp on the sidelines due to an undisclosed injury, but he's eligible to return to practice and play at any point in the preseason. The 26-year-old signed with Kansas City in the offseason after posting a career-high 51 total tackles (39 solo), while also adding seven passes defensed, including an interception, over 15 regular-season games with the Chargers in 2024. Once healthy, Fulton is expected to compete for a starting cornerback role with the Chiefs in 2025.

A second-round pick by the Titans back in 2020, Fulton struggled with various injuries throughout his Tennessee tenure missing 29 of 68 games. The 25-year-old signed a one-year contract with the Chargers early in the offseason presumably to start opposite Asante Samuel as one of the team's boundary corners and with few marquee options added in the ensuing months, the high-pedigreed veteran will be given every opportunity to earn that role.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Headed west?
Fulton will meet with the Chargers on Wednesday and Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
Fulton is entering free agency for the first time and appears likely to move on from the Titans despite previously showing interest in an extension. He's battled various lower-body injuries in recent seasons, though he had a standout 2021 campaign, during which he broke up 14 passes and also had two picks. A return to health and a change of scenery could help him regain that form, while the Chargers are in need of more reliable cornerbacks.
