2026 Fantasy Outlook
Coody notched a pair of top-10s and six top-25s across 17 events played on the PGA Tour in 2025, but he earned his card for the 2026 season via the Korn Ferry Tour Points List, posting a pair of runner-up results and seven top-10s at the KFT level this past year. Coody finished in a four-way tie for 48th at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am after recording a nine-under cumulative score.

Coody put together a 69-68-70-72 score card at Pebble Beach. Despite ranking sixth in the field in SG: Off-the-Tee, he lost over four strokes around the green and just over two strokes on the green while finishing near the bottom in GIR and driving accuracy. It broke Coody's streak of top-20 finishes at four Tour events, but he still sits 12th in the FedExCup Standings with 390 points. He is not in the field for The Genesis Invitational next week.

Expectations were high for Coody after a two-win season on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023. It was largely disappointing apart from a T5 at Colonial and a T2 at the ISCO Championship, however. Coody does two things well, hits the ball far and can hole putts with the best of them. If he is going to take the next step, however, he is going to have to do better on approach and in the short game department. Coody ranked outside the top-150 in both SG: Approach and SG: Around-the-Green in 2024. There's certainly still upside here, but Coody is probably a couple years away.
