Best Bills vs Jaguars Player Prop Bet Picks for NFL Playoffs Wild Card Round (2026)

The first Sunday game of the 2025-26 NFL Playoffs gives us one of the most anticipated matchups on the slate, as the Buffalo Bills take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. This star-studded matchup should provide bettors with no shortage of prop bet opportunities. Buffalo enters this one as slim 1.5-point road favorites, per bet365. Make sure to use the bet365 bonus code to juice up your picks.

If you're looking to spice up this matchup with some NFL Wild Card Round player props, I've got you covered. Here are my favorite NFL player props for this postseason matchup:

Josh Allen – Rushing Yards: OVER 36.5 (-114)

This market is essentially the same across all of the major sportsbooks, so take your pick. But I'm pretty confident that all of these books are too low on Josh Allen's rushing props. Allen has eclipsed 38 rushing yards in nine of his 13 playoff appearances. He has topped 45 rushing yards in eight of those 13 and recorded at least 54 rushing yards seven times. In total, he's averaging 49.7 rushing yards per game in his playoff career. Mobile QBs tend to run more in the playoffs, and that disparity is unusually extreme with Allen. He averages 9.0 carries per game in the postseason compared to 6.8 carries per outing in his regular-season career.

It's possible this line came in so low because of Jacksonville's stingy run defense. The Jaguars allowed the fewest rushing yards in the league this season. They're dominant against running backs, but they're closer to league average against mobile QBs. Jacksonville surrendered 283 rushing yards to QBs, which ranked 20th. This is easily my favorite prop in this matchup, and it might be my favorite prop bet of the Wild Card Round.

Dalton Kincaid – Receiving Yards: OVER 35.5 (-114)

For the reasons I touched on above, this is a pretty brutal matchup for James Cook. If Buffalo is going to win this game, Josh Allen is going to have to put this team on his back. To do that, I think he'll be looking for Dalton Kincaid early and often. The Jags were one of just 10 teams that surrendered over 1,000 receiving yards to tight ends this season. Tight ends were targeted 148 times against Jacksonville, which was the second-highest mark in the NFL. That tells you Jacksonville's defense is pretty vulnerable against the position.

Dalton Kincaid hasn't quite lived up to expectations as a first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, but most of that has been injury-related. When healthy, he's clearly Buffalo's most reliable pass-catcher. He has cleared 36 yards in five of his last eight appearances and should be the focal point of the Bills' passing game this weekend.

Trevor Lawrence – Passing Yards: UNDER 235.5 (-112)

Trevor Lawrence is arguably the hottest QB in the league right now. His performance from Week 15-17 was statistically the greatest fantasy football playoffs run a QB has ever had. During Jacksonville's eight-game win streak, Lawrence is averaging 251.1 passing yards per game with 19 touchdowns to five interceptions. But I think he'll come back down to earth against the Bills. Since their Week 7 bye, Buffalo is surrendering 164.3 passing yards per game to opposing QBs. Only two of those 11 QBs have topped 200 yards: Patrick Mahomes (250), and Joe Burrow (284). I'm not convinced Lawrence is in that Burrow-Mahomes group of QBs just yet.

You can't really throw on the Bills, but you sure can run on them. Buffalo has given up the fifth-most rushing yards in the league this season. I expect the running game to be the focus, and Lawrence should contribute with his legs. But I don't think his arm will be too big of a factor on Sunday.
