Ajani Fortune

After exercising his contract this offseason, Fortune is back for a third year with Atlanta. This should come as no surprise after the 21-year-old found solid time at the end of the campaign, starting in four of the club's five playoff games while 16 of his 17 starts came in the second half of the season. The midfielder is expected to see a larger role in 2025, possibly holding down a starting spot immediately. In his 32 appearances (17 starts) in 2024, he registered one goal on 19 shots and two assists on 11 chances created to go with 33 tackles and 12 crosses, a solid stat line that would likely grow if he sees regular time.
