Mukhtar had another productive campaign in 2024, but it did not quite live up to what he had done during his previous three seasons. He averaged nearly 28 goal contributions per season from 2021 to 2023 and recorded 16 (eight goals and eight assists) during the 2024 campaign, six of which came during the final seven matches. While he set season highs in crosses and corners taken, he took a significant step back with just 33 shots on target, by far the lowest in his four full seasons. Mukhtar will be the focal point of Nashville's attack again in 2025 and despite him coming off a down season, he will still be one of the most productive players in the league.
