Despite finding some success with his limited opportunities, the 25-year-old will likely face a tougher path to meaningful playing time in 2025 with the Broncos' signing Evan Engram this offseason. Adkins joined the Broncos as an undrafted free agent during the 2023 offseason and appeared in 10 games as a rookie. The 25-year-old tight end was minimally involved on offense, catching four of his five targets for 22 yards while playing just 57 offensive snaps. Adkins was more involved on special teams, as he played 97 special teams snaps in 2023.
