2025 Fantasy Outlook
All flashed some of the potential that prompted the Bengals to select him in the fourth round of the 2024 draft, catching 20 passes for 158 yards while earning praise for his blocking ability to boot. Alas, his development came to a crashing halt with a torn ACL suffered in Week 9 against the Raiders. All is expected to miss most if not all of the 2025 season while rehabbing the injury, which is the second tear of that ACL. Read Past Outlooks
RANKS
Placed on reserve/PUP list
The Bengals placed All (knee) on the reserve/PUP list Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
The move technically means that All would be eligible to return after missing a minimum of four regular-season games. However, the 2024 fourth-rounder is not expected to play in 2025 while recovering from a torn ACL in his right knee that he suffered in Week 9 of his rookie season. He's suffered the same injury to his right knee twice in the last two seasons dating back to his final year at Iowa, so the Bengals will take All's rehab cautiously, with the hope that he will be fully healthy for 2026.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
The Bengals took their shot at plucking their fruit from the Iowa Tight End tree with All, selecting him in the fourth round in the 2024 draft. The problem is that All has a lengthy injury history, including a torn ACL last October and a previous spinal surgery in 2022. While the Bengals' tight end room doesn't have a star, it is crowded, with Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample, Tanner Hudson and fellow rookie Tanner McLachlan all jockeying for spots with All. It's a good bet that All is a better candidate to break out in future seasons.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Team's top TE already?
Offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher lauded All's contributions as a blocker in Cincinnati's Week 4 win over the Panthers, per Ben Baby of ESPN.com, and the rookie tight end had a season-high 60 percent snap share in the game.
ANALYSIS
All recorded four catches for the third consecutive game and played 18 more snaps than Mike Gesicki, suggesting that the rookie's all-around skill set may have already propelled him to the top of Cincinnati's depth chart. If All plays significantly more than Gesicki again in Week 5 against the Ravens, then it would be safe to assume that All has leapfrogged Gesicki for the starting role. All was expected to be brought along slowly, as the 2024 fourth-round draft pick was recovering from an October ACL tear suffered at Iowa, but he has evidently exceeded expectations with his recovery, going from Cincinnati's tight end of the future to the best option in the present.
