RB Overview
Role Security: High
04/28/25- Bucky Irving is the No. 1 RB after averaging 17 rushes, 4 targets and a 48% red-zone share down the stretch in 2024. Rachaad White is the No. 2 RB after averaging 11 rushes, 2 targets and a 30% red zone share from Week 7 on in 2024. However, White saw his role almost eliminated in Weeks 17-18 and the Wild Card game, so White's role is shaky. Sean Tucker is the No. 3, but if the Buccaneers choose to use a bigger RB as the change of pace, Tucker's role could emerge.
WR Overview
04/28/25- Mike Evans and Chris Godwin will be the top two WRs. When both were healthy last year, Godwin actually had more targets, but both were involved. After Jalen McMillan had a strong end to the 2024 season, the team drafted Emeka Egbuka in the first round of this year's draft. They will battle for the No. 3 and No. 4 role, but the high draft capital could give Egbuka the edge.
TE Overview
04/28/25- Cade Otton is the lead TE, but with the Bucs having three (or four) very good WRs, Otton will often be the No. 4 target in the passing attack.
