2025 Fantasy Outlook
Almost everything about Henry is implausible, and while other running backs might have been subjected to rules of physical decline by now, Henry showed no signs of slowing down even after turning 30 last year. Indeed, Henry's 2024 season was the most explosive yet in his Hall of Fame career, featuring career highs for carries of 20-plus yards (19) and 40-plus yards (five). With Lamar Jackson serving as a lightning rod on the edge, defenses found themselves spread too thin to account for Henry as an inside runner. When defenses sold out to slow the resulting damage from Henry, they found themselves lacking personnel to deal with the contain-breaking threat posed by Jackson. Perhaps defenses come up with some kind of solution, but it generally appears to be an issue of insufficient resources – namely, it may require more than 11 defenders to control the space that Jackson and Henry combine to threaten before any given snap. As always, the main limitation with Henry is that he won't play much in passing situations and won't catch many passes relative to the other running backs taken early in fantasy drafts. Tops 100 yards from scrimmage again
Henry rushed the ball 25 times for 94 yards in Sunday's 27-22 loss to the Steelers. He recorded one catch on two targets for eight yards.
ANALYSIS
Despite playing from a deficit for most of the game, the Ravens made a point of getting Henry involved in the offense, as his 25 carries were his highest mark of the season. He's had considerable success against the Steelers in the past, totaling 348 yards on the ground over his last two matchups, though the Pittsburgh defense got the better end of things Sunday by limiting him to only 3.8 yards per carry. Henry still managed a few chunk gains of 19 and nine yards, topping 100 yards from scrimmage for the third time in his last four games in the process.

Henry is one of a kind with no true case study for a player bearing his traits, making it especially difficult to make the right call on the question of physical decline -- something that's already difficult enough to determine for running backs. The decline always happens, but in Henry's case there's reason to suspect he can remain productive into his early 30s. As much as his career workload of 2,030 carries (2,186 including playoffs) is a concerning figure, it's defenders who tend to get the worst of the collisions that involve him, and there might be a different exchange rate of usage to decline for someone with his combination of size (6-3, 247) and speed. That combination could prove a dangerous fit in a Ravens offense that already spreads defenses thin with the rushing threat posed by Lamar Jackson. Good as Henry might be as a rusher for the Baltimore offense, he'll have a hard time matching his workloads from Tennessee and isn't likely to catch many passes (Justice Hill paced Baltimore running backs with 28 receptions in 16 games last year). The 30 year old may be even more reliant on touchdowns than in past seasons, though he at least figures to spend plenty of time in the red zone now that he's with a much better team.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
One more week without Jackson
Henry and the Ravens offense will be without Lamar Jackson for at least one more week after the quarterback was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears.
ANALYSIS
Jackson was able to return to practice in a limited capacity during Week 8 prep, but the star quarterback has not been cleared to return from a hamstring injury he sustained against the Chiefs in Week 4. The Ravens will turn to Tyler Huntley to start at QB, and his dual-threat ability should help keep the Bears' defense honest when it comes to containing Henry in the running game. Henry is off to a rather slow start to the 2025 season given his lofty expectations, but he did put together a strong performance in the Ravens' Week 6 loss to the Rams, when he turned 24 carries into 122 yards while adding one catch on two targets for eight yards.
