In college basketball pick' em slates Tuesday, it's a short, but action-packed set of games. It's all eyes on the college hardwood, with other sports having wrapped up or on hiatus. Tuesday has a couple of titanic battles in the Big Ten, with Purdue and Nebraska clashing, as well as Wisconsin and Illinois. We have plenty of ranked teams hitting the road for important tests, too.
We had a 'Meat Loaf' Day last Tuesday. If you recall, that's two-outta-three, and it ain't bad. But, it also isn't going to pay the bills, either. Let's get back on track with a 3-for-3, shall we, as we try and build bankroll ahead of conference tournaments starting later this month. It's never too early to start squirreling away money for March Madness, too.
College Basketball PrizePicks Picks & Strategy
If you're unfamiliar with how to play, you must simply choose at least two players from any sport and pick more or less based on their projected statistics to win. We'll obviously be exclusively selecting college hoops players, but you can mix and match from various other sports. You can also go with a flex play, meaning you still can have a winning night even if you have one losing selection. Or, you can go big and choose the power play, which pays out higher. However, you must hit all ends to win. Let's get started.

Keba Keita, C, Brigham Young
For Tuesday's Big 12 trip to Baylor, I tossed around Keita as a potential option to get more than 12.5 combined points and rebounds, but shied away. He has single-digit scoring totals in seven straight games, and he is averaging just 5.4 points per game (PPG) and 6.3 rebounds per game (RPG) in the span.
While the Baylor defense is pretty putrid, allowing 74.9 PPG, ranking 181st in the nation, and 43.3 percent (145th) in defensive field-goal percentage, Keita isn't a huge offensive threat. If anything, you would like to A.J. Dybantsa, Richie Saunders or even Robert Wright in the points and/or rebounds categories.
For Keita, though, he is working on a streak with two or more blocks in three of the past four games, while posting at least two swats in 10 of the past 16 games. There is a good chance the Malian center gets at least two more rejections Tuesday.
CBB PrizePicks Selection: Keba Keita, More 1.5 Blocked Shots
Massamba Diop, C, Arizona State
For our middle pick, I really don't like to go right back to a player from the previous column. It might seem lazy to the reader, as there are hundreds of players to choose from. However, Arizona State's Diop has been a beast down low lately, and he faces another super favorable matchup.
Oklahoma State is abysmal defensively, allowing 80.6 PPG (306th), while allowing 44.6 percent (220th) from the field, and 34.2 percent (218th) from behind the three-point line.
Diop did us proud with two blocked shots in a loss at Colorado on Saturday, helping us notch a win, and he has multiple blocked shots in six straight games, averaging 3.0 BPG in the span. Can he get to three against the Okies? That might be a bit much, so this time we'll focus on his scoring and rebounding ability. In the past three games, he is averaging 15.7 PPG and 6.3 RPG, and he is a good bet to flirt with a double-double against the Cowboys.
CBB PrizePicks Selection: Massamba Diop, More 25.5 Pts+Rebs

Chris Cenac, F-C, Houston
The Cougars hit the road for Salt Lake City to tangle with Utah, and the Utes have been a dangerous lot in the past. However, this season's version isn't very good, and Utah has been the one of the worst defenses in the Big 12, and it ranks near the bottom in the entire nation (similar OK State above).
Utah is allowing 80.6 PPG (305th), while teams are hitting 47.4 percent (336th) in terms of defensive field-goal percentage and 34.2 percent (216th) from behind the three-point line. The latter doesn't concern us with Cenac, although he can step out and hit occasional treys, but the interior shooting is our focus.
The 6-foot-11 freshman from New Orleans has been on a serious roll lately, averaging 14.3 PPG and 6.0 RPG across the past three outings, and he has seven or more boards in five of the past seven games. He went for 14 points and 10 rebounds against UCF for his most recent double-double last Wednesday, and another double-double could be in the offing.
CBB PrizePicks Selection: Chris Cenac, More 20.5 Pts+Rebs
